Tickets
Refunds, transfers, discounts and which pass works where.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — passes are fully refundable up to 30 days before your city's event. After that, you can transfer your pass to a friend for free.
- Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
- Absolutely. Use the link in your confirmation email to update the name on your pass any time up to the day before the event.
- Do you offer student or group discounts?
- Students get 30% off with a valid student ID, and groups of 5 or more save 20%. Email us and we'll send you a code.
- Does my pass work in every city?
- Each pass is for one city. Want to do the tour? Ask us about a multi-city bundle.

The event
Who it's for, what's included and how to get on stage.
- Who is OpenFloor for?
- Creators, makers, founders, designers and anyone starting something. No experience or following needed — just curiosity.
- Are sessions recorded?
- Main-stage talks are recorded and shared with Full and Creator Pass holders about two weeks after each event. Workshops are live only.
- Is food included?
- Coffee and lunch are included with every pass. Dietary needs? Let us know at checkout and we'll sort you out.
- Can I speak at a future event?
- We'd love that. Open-mic slots are first come, first served on the day, and speaker applications for each city open three months ahead.

Venue & access
Accessibility, what to bring and where to leave your stuff.
- Are the venues accessible?
- Every venue has step-free access, accessible toilets and a quiet room. Tell us about any other needs and we'll plan for them.
- What should I bring?
- Your pass (on your phone is fine), a laptop or notebook for workshops, and a water bottle — there are refill stations everywhere.
- Is there a cloakroom?
- Yes, a free cloakroom is open from doors until the end of the after-dark party.
