FAQ’s
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about tracking games and getting price drop alerts.
Is Game Trackr free to use?
Yes. Adding games to your watchlist, comparing prices and getting price drop alerts are all free.
Which stores does Game Trackr watch?
We track prices on Steam, the PlayStation Store, Xbox, the Nintendo eShop, Epic Games and GOG, so you can compare them all in one place.
How do price drop alerts work?
Add a game to your watchlist and we keep checking its price across every store. When it goes on sale, or drops below your target price, we send you an alert straight away.
Can I set my own target price?
Yes. Set a target price for any game on your watchlist and we’ll only alert you once it drops to that price or lower. It’s optional, so you can also be alerted on any discount.
How often are prices updated?
Prices are checked several times a day, and each game shows when its price was last updated.
How will I get my alerts?
Alerts arrive as push notifications in the Game Trackr app on iOS and Android, and by email if you turn that on.
